The last of Jimmy Wright’s offspring is my sister, Annie Wright. She is, and has always been, fiery, fun-loving, strong, hard working and considers a sense of humor an absolute necessity. She was married to Bill Ritsick and they had five children who together gave them six grandchildren, all of whom you will meet in the coming days. At some point while raising her kids, she decided she needed a better career and was accepted into the corrections officers program and spent ??? years working at the Luzerne County Prison. I have no doubt she was very good at her job. She’s retired now, but she’s not a person who can sit still for long, so she stays as busy as possible – with COVID limitations.Ann has lived in Larksville her whole life and I envy that her entire family still lives near her. That’s not very common these days and I think they are all very lucky. I find myself having a hard time knowing what to say here because I can see her rolling her eyes at any sappy stuff I’d like to say or groaning if I share anything too personal. So, instead, I will say too little and let you share your memories if you will. On a personal note, though, I love you, Ann.
